See you on Thursday, June 12!

A break for progress?

Donald Trump's re-election to the US presidential election is reshuffling the geopolitical and economic landscape globally. Naturally, investors must adapt by adjusting their asset allocation. What are the strategies for building a high-performing portfolio in 2025? What role should be reserved for US or European equities, corporate debt, and unlisted assets in a context of falling interest rates in the eurozone?
In France, government instability and the fiscal trajectory are calling into question the position of French debt relative to other sovereign debt within portfolios. Which government bonds should be prioritized today?
Political news is also impacting the theme of sustainable finance. Will progress in ESG bear the brunt of the demand for regulatory simplification, particularly in the European Union? How are institutional investors reacting to this new paradigm for assessing social and governance issues? Will they, on the contrary, find it an opportunity to broaden their investment horizons, for example by financing the defense sector? And for those most committed to the digital transition, how can the impacts of generative AI be integrated?
To answer these questions, I invite you to join me on June 12th at the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris for L' AGEFI 's Institutional Day , which now includes two major events: the Institutional Investors Forum in the morning and the ESG & Impact Investing Forum in the afternoon . This day of debate will bring together major French investors and top experts. And to open the discussion, L'AGEFI and AF2I will unveil a preview of the key findings of the annual survey on French institutional portfolios.
